What currency are the prices?
If you’re located in the United States, the prices displayed are US dollars (USD). If you’re located in Canada, the prices displayed are in Canadian dollars (CDN). Outside of Canada & the United States, prices displayed are Canadian dollars (CDN).

How can I pay for my order?
My Luxury Toys accepts Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, AMEX & Discover through our partners at PayPal, Stripe or Apple Pay. The completion of your transaction is seamless, with 100% secure, encrypted communication.

How long does my order take to be processed?
With the exception of Persian Palm products, most orders are packaged the same day and ship that afternoon or within 24 hours depending on the time of the order. Orders placed on Friday afternoons or over the weekend are processed within 24 hours and shipped on Monday.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
If you can’t find what you’re looking for please contact us. We carry many new and bestselling Luxury products but can always locate older ones if needed.

What hours are Live Chat agents available?
For inquiries related to order status or support, our Customer Service Team members are only available during regular business hours Monday through Friday. For questions about products, our Product Experts are generally available seven days a week between 7:30am and 9:00pm.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska.

I'm in the USA; How much does shipping cost?
In the USA, shipping on purchases over $100.00 USD is free! Purchases with a total less then $100.00 USD before tax will incur a $20.00 USD shipping charge.

I'm in the Canada; How much does shipping cost?
In Canada, shipping on purchases over $100.00 CDN is free! Purchases with a total less then $100.00 CDN before tax will incur a $25.00 CDN shipping charge.

When will my purchase arrive?
Here at My Luxury Toys we often ship the same day or the next day. Orders placed over the weekend won’t ship until the next business day (including express and overnight orders). Most often packages arrive within a day or two, but could take up to ten business days to ship. Certain items may take longer, (such as custom made orders). Please contact us if you’re curious about a particular product.

I ordered multiple items, will they all arrive in 1 package?
My Luxury Toys ships most orders in one package. That said, on occasion items come in separate packages to ensure timely delivery but you won’t be charged twice for shipping.

What if a package is refused at my door?
Items that are refused or sent back are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please double check the address when placing your order.

Where is my package shipped from?
We have warehouses in Canada and the United States, we try and ship your package from the country it’s being delivered to. From time to time if an item is out of stock in one country, it will be shipped from the other. Please contact us if you would like to know about a specific item.

Will I be charged duty if my package crosses the border?
The customer is responsible if duty is incurred. Most items don’t cross the border; please contact us if you are curious about the item(s) you’re purchasing.

Returns

What if I receive a defective item?
If the products received is defected, it must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Contact us for a replacement.

Can I return an Item I don’t love?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

I found it cheaper somewhere else, what do I do?
Here at My Luxury Toys we pride ourselves in offering low prices on all products, but if you do find something cheaper, let us know and well do our best to beat it. We know how important it is to purchase from a website you trust, so we’ll do our very best to provide great prices, fast discreet shipping, and superior customer service.
