We ship across the United States and Canada from our Colorado warehouse. All orders go out in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos, no product descriptors. Your card statement shows "NRT Wellness."

USA — flat-rate

  • Standard: $9.99 flat-rate — 3–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Expedited: $19.99 flat-rate — 2–3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Canada

  • Standard international: $19.99 flat-rate — 7–14 business days.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm MT on business days ship the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Track at any time at /pages/track-order or via the link in your order confirmation.

Discreet packaging

Outer box: plain corrugated, no branding. Return label shows "NRT Wellness." No invoice goes inside the box — it's emailed only.

Lost or damaged?

Email sales@nnlgroup.co with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll resolve it.
